Explosion-proof LED lighting "LZBA Series" *Compatible with ZONE 1 and ZONE 2

Reliability in explosion-proof areas is essential, and glare reduction along with high color rendering improves work efficiency! Compared to our conventional fluorescent fixtures, power consumption is reduced by approximately 55%!

Introducing the new explosion-proof LED light series, the 'LZBA series', designed to meet the high reliability required in explosion-proof areas and suitable for use in explosive hazardous locations Zone 1 and Zone 2! While equipped with high output equivalent to fluorescent lights, we have achieved a reduction in power consumption from 91W to 40.5W, approximately 55% less compared to our conventional explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures. Additionally, we have reviewed the design of the LED module and housing, achieving a lightweight and compact form. With glare reduction and high color rendering (Ra83), it also contributes to improving the work environment. ★ZONE 1 (Class 1 location): Areas where explosive atmospheres may be generated during normal operation of plants, etc. ★ZONE 2 (Class 2 location): Areas where explosive atmospheres are not likely to be generated during normal operation of plants, etc., and if they do occur during abnormal conditions, they exist only for a short time. 【Features】 ■ Three types to choose from (equivalent to 1-lamp and 2-lamp FHF32W high-output type, and equivalent to FHF16W high-output type) ■ Achieved approximately 27% weight reduction for 2-lamp and about 21% for 1-lamp compared to our conventional explosion-proof fluorescent fixtures ■ Size reduction of about 33% for the 1-lamp type *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Explosion-proof LED lighting fixture LZLA

Explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures LZLA series, ideal for replacing incandescent and circular fluorescent lamps in explosion-proof areas.

New Release of Explosion-Proof LED Lighting Fixtures (LZLA Series) Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. has enhanced its lineup of LED lighting fixtures under the <Star Reds> series to meet diverse needs in the introduction of energy-saving equipment in factories and initiatives for the environment (Minamata Convention). We are pleased to announce the addition of the explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures "LZLA Series," which can be used in explosive hazardous areas Zone 1 and Zone 2, equivalent to incandescent lamps (100W, 200W) and high-output FHF32W (circular and compact fluorescent lamps). Orders will begin on May 15. The main body of the fixture utilizes aluminum die-casting, which excels in heat dissipation and lightweight design. By implementing effective heat dissipation measures, the operating temperature range has been increased to -20°C to +50°C (compared to our conventional LED products which are -20°C to +40°C), enhancing resistance to high-temperature environments. Additionally, it achieves a maintenance-free LED module lifespan of 60,000 hours while also possessing high durability and weather resistance.

[Seminar] Power Design and Procurement Strategies in the Era of AI Data Centers

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Tetsuji Narita, President of NRT Energy Bridge Co., Ltd. [Key Lecture Content] Due to the rapid expansion of AI data centers, the power system is transitioning from "ensuring quantity" to "simultaneous design of reliability, environmental value, and construction period." While the government is taking steps to ensure system capacity in collaboration with watt-bit and in GX strategy regions, on-site, different entities such as DC operators, retailers, power generation and storage, local governments, and transmission companies tend to operate in different languages. This lecture will organize the current state of the system from PPA to practical design of power source portfolios, providing a checklist for each stakeholder and a common language to "operate on the same schedule." [Lecture Items] 1. Overall Overview: Structural organization of how AI DC has become a "design variable" in the power system 2. Current state of watt-bit collaboration and connection discipline 3. GX strategy regions (DC aggregation type): Issues in industrial cluster design 4. Practical design of PPA and power source portfolio 5. Preparation for environmental value and 24/7 CFE 6. Summary: Stakeholder-specific checklist and common schedule 7. Q&A / Business card exchange

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Kazuhiro Kaiho, Manager, Environmental, Energy, and Resource Strategy Group, Research and Consulting Division, Japan Research Institute, Ltd. [Key Lecture Content] Decarbonization of automobiles is entering a phase where EVs, hydrogen, and RNG are utilized according to the industrial structure of countries and regions, energy resources such as renewable energy and biomass, and infrastructure constraints, rather than being solely focused on EVs. This presentation will compare the U.S. tax credits, LCFS, and RFS; China's NEV promotion policies and hydrogen demonstrations; and Europe's RED III and AFIR, organizing which fuels each region is aiming to expand for which applications. It will highlight different winning strategies for passenger and commercial vehicles and provide insights for Japanese companies. [Lecture Items] 1. Why is it important to view "automotive fuel policy" through regional comparisons now? 2. United States: Expanding RNG, hydrogen, and low-carbon fuels through market incentives. 3. China: A dual-front strategy focusing on EVs while nurturing hydrogen for commercial vehicles. 4. Europe: Advancing EVs, hydrogen, and renewable gas through regulatory leadership. 5. Insights for Japanese companies: What should Japan learn and how should it proceed? 6. Q&A / Business card exchange.
