With long lenses made by extrusion molding, light can be converged with a convex lens and diffused with a concave lens. Grades with diffusion material blends are also available.

By utilizing extrusion technology, we create products that can flexibly accommodate various genres. Polycarbonate extruded lenses are long lenses made through the extrusion process. Previously, there were no rod-shaped lenses available to uniformly project the light from continuously arranged LEDs over a long distance, forcing the use of larger LEDs. However, by using rod-shaped precision lenses, it has become possible to project LED light approximately four times farther. This allows for the use of smaller LEDs, achieving space-saving and energy-saving benefits, as well as reducing manufacturing and running costs for the equipment.
