It measures the minute heat changes that occur when molecules bind to each other, allowing for the determination of binding ratio (n), binding constant (Ka), and the enthalpy change of binding (ΔH) from the resulting titration curve. Affinity ITC is an isothermal titration calorimeter that provides high sensitivity, high reproducibility, and advanced ITC technology in life science research environments.
