Polycarbonate (PC)

Thermoplastic and amorphous! It shows a high strength against tensile stress and has excellent creep characteristics.

"Polycarbonate (PC)" is a type of thermoplastic plastic. It has excellent heat resistance and also performs well at low temperatures, making it usable over a very wide temperature range (-100 to 140°C). Additionally, its load deflection temperature is classified as high, with 120 to 125°C at a load of 1.86 MPa and 130 to 135°C at a load of 0.46 MPa. Engineering plastic material "PSU/PSU (blueing)"

Dimensional stability and mold reproducibility are also excellent! A transparent amorphous polymer with a wide range of molding processing conditions.

"PSU-Polysulfone" is a transparent, thin, amber-colored, rigid, and tough amorphous thermoplastic resin. It maintains toughness and high strength over a wide temperature range and exhibits excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. The glass transition temperature is 190°C, and it maintains its properties over a temperature range of -100 to +150°C, making it easy to color and plate, with excellent appearance. It also has outstanding heat resistance and oxidation resistance, remaining stable even at high temperatures, and can withstand hot water and steam for extended periods. Capable of absorbing very large shocks! A thermoplastic resin with superior impact resistance and chemical resistance compared to PSU and PEI.

"PPSU - Polyphenylsulfone" is a rigid and tough amorphous thermoplastic resin with a transparent amber color. It withstands continuous exposure to moisture and high temperatures, capable of absorbing very large impacts without cracking or breaking. It has superior impact resistance and chemical resistance compared to "Polysulfone (PSU)" and "Polyetherimide (PEI)." Additionally, in practical tests of sterilization using high-temperature steam, no crazing or destruction occurs even after more than 1,000 cycles. Engineering plastic material "PAR-Polyarylate"

The total light transmittance is 89%! It has high elasticity and is particularly excellent in recovery from spring compression, made of thermoplastic resin.

"PAR-Polyarylate" is a synthetic resin that belongs to the category of amorphous thermoplastic resins, characterized by the polycondensation of divalent phenols and dibasic acids such as phthalic acid and carboxylic acids. It is transparent, with a total light transmittance of 89%, comparable to polycarbonate. Ultraviolet rays cause molecular free transition on the resin surface.
