NEXTAGE comes standard with its proprietary software "NxProduction," which is used for operation, teaching, and production. Teaching with NxProduction can be intuitively operated through a graphical interface, making it easy for on-site operators to make modifications and adjustments. The teaching is conducted in a "workflow" format, where teaching points, visual processing, and external input/output (I/O) are registered in a table on the GUI according to the planned work procedures, allowing for easy creation of tasks incorporating image processing without programming skills. Conventional welding repair methods can alter the base material around the crack due to heat, leading to residual stress and deformation, which always carries the risk of "crack recurrence" or "secondary damage." Hinode Water Supply Equipment Co., Ltd.'s "Mechanical Stitching Method" is a new technique that allows for metal crack repair without the application of heat.
