Our team includes clinical culture specialists certified by the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine, and we offer high-quality cell sheet product development and manufacturing using experienced staff in a cell culture processing facility licensed for the production of specific cell processed products. 2. Facility Management and Application Support The "Act on Securing Safety for Regenerative Medicine" stipulates the structure, equipment, and operation of cell processing, requiring each cell culture processing facility to submit notifications and applications for permits to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. At CellSeed, we assist with the notification and application documentation for the manufacture of specific cell processed products, as well as the creation of necessary operational documents. Additionally, we support the necessary administrative procedures, including the preparation of consultation materials for authorities regarding applications such as clinical trial notifications. 3. - Celsid's Technology By utilizing a unique nano-surface design, temperature-responsive polymer (PIPAAm) has been immobilized on the surface of the equipment. This allows the surface to change from hydrophobic (cell-adhesive surface) to hydrophilic (cell-releasing surface) by lowering the surface temperature around 32°C. Without using any enzymes that can damage cells, such as trypsin, intact cells can be recovered simply by setting the equipment temperature to 20-25°C and waiting for about 10-30 minutes. - Benefits 1) Easy cell recovery through temperature control. 2) Recovered cells completely retain the extracellular matrix. 3) No need for trypsin, which can harm cells. 4) Suitable for culturing tissues used in regenerative medicine research. 5) For 3D culture by stacking homo/heterogeneous cell sheets.
