Suitable for motor vector magnetic characteristic analysis: Iron loss analysis tool / μ-E&S

Aiming for low loss, accurately measure the actual state of electromagnetic materials and grasp and analyze their vector magnetic characteristics!

Iron loss evaluation, which has been a bottleneck in motor analysis. Conventional methods only consider iron loss as a function of magnetic flux density, resulting in low accuracy. However, accurately determining the magnetic field and magnetic flux density to calculate iron loss is achieved through "vector magnetic characteristic analysis." This allows for the calculation of high-precision distributions of magnetic fields, magnetic flux densities, and iron losses that are not achievable with other software. Vector magnetic characteristics refer to the properties that take into account the relationship between the magnetic field H and magnetic flux density B of electromagnetic steel materials, considering their direction (vector).
