Wire vibration dampers for use in lighting, air conditioning equipment, and other facilities, with over 1 million units shipped.

Ultima's wire grips are widely used as vibration dampers in facility construction. The wire grips used in our products have been designed to meet industry requirements since our establishment, providing grips that are tailored to specific needs. Not only in the architectural hardware industry, but also in industrial machinery for wire inspection fixtures and construction equipment industries, our wire grips are widely used due to their gentle on wires and strong grip strength. In particular, for a certain electrical materials company, we have shipped over 1 million units since 1990 as adjustment and fixing hardware for wire vibration dampers used in equipment for installing lighting and air conditioning fixtures.

Use thin wire with a diameter of 1.2 or 1.5 mm to safely hang paintings, picture frames, and other works of art.

【What makes the Picture Hanger Safety Hook Series different from ordinary hanger hooks?】 Picture hangers are primarily used for hanging frames and panels. Manufacturers worldwide emphasize design (and of course cost) as their selling points, and they are widely used in museums. The differentiation of picture hangers themselves inevitably focuses on design. The main difference between our Picture Hanger Safety Hook Series and standard hanger hooks is that: They use thinner wire, allowing them to safely hang heavier items. This is because the grip mechanism (the part that holds the wire in place) is different from that of standard hanger hooks. For more details, please refer to the catalog.

Used as inspection jigs by Shimano, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of bicycle parts! Proprietary one-touch wire suspension hardware

【Applications】 Installation on lightweight ceilings, installation on slabs, installation on concrete floors, installation on lighting fixture flanges, horizontal installation, installation on frames, installation on wood, etc. 【What makes the Ultima Line Grip different from a standard hanger hook?】 It allows for the secure, compact, and aesthetically pleasing suspension of lighting fixtures using thinner wire, thanks to its robust grip mechanism (which clamps and secures the wire) that differs from conventional wire grips. For more details, please refer to the catalog.

One-touch wire fixation! Length adjustment is also completely adjustable! The world's easiest-to-install bird prevention (pigeon deterrent) wire.

The world's easiest-to-install bird prevention wire! Ultima Anti-Bird Wire System is installed on rooftops, balcony railings, fences, eaves, beams, and other structures of buildings such as residential homes, bus stops, commercial facilities, schools, and station buildings to prevent birds from entering or perching. Birds such as pigeons have the habit of first landing on the edge of a building structure to observe its safety before attempting to enter. By installing Ultima Anti-Bird Wire System along the edges of structures, pigeons cannot land and will give up attempting to enter. The wire is positioned so that it comes into contact with the pigeons' wings when they flap, causing them to dislike the area and abandon their attempt to enter. Additionally, by installing the wire in areas where pigeons are prone to land, it creates an unstable footing, preventing them from landing. Ultima Anti-Bird Wire System is also effective in areas where vibration is expected, such as H-beam sections inside station buildings and H-beam sections using seismic dampers. By installing Ultima Anti-Bird Wire System, which is suitable for any environment or location, you can significantly reduce damage caused by bird droppings. For more details, please contact us or view the catalog.

As of February 18, 2022, we have integrated with Ultima Wire Lock. It is available for purchase in our online shop.

"Why do designers choose the Ultima Turnbuckle? Points of differentiation from other products." During the design of a new station building for a certain railway company, a designer said to me, "Although the platform and walls were beautifully integrated into the landscape, the numerous signs and other fixtures overhead were so unsightly during inspections that it was a real problem... Can't Ultima create a more refined turnbuckle?" Indeed, conventional turnbuckles lack any ingenuity. To pull a wire, you hook the turnbuckle's hook onto a fixed eye bolt, twist the body, and secure the wire looped around the reverse-threaded hook with multiple wire grips to apply tension. So, is it possible to create something that is aesthetically pleasing, easy to install, and retains the original functionality of a turnbuckle? The Ultima Turnbuckle has made that a reality. ☆ The Ultima Turnbuckle features: - A slim body that integrates the turnbuckle and the connecting wire grip - A one-touch locking mechanism that allows for easy attachment and detachment of the wire with a pin operation, significantly reducing installation work - High grip strength that enables installation over long spans (approximately 10 meters)

We have newly added a **"Frequently Asked Questions Q&A"** section to the Hyper CLT sheet website. It clearly summarizes many questions frequently asked by those considering the introduction of the product, such as "What types of civil engineering sites can it be used on?", "Can it be used on rainy days?", "Is it compatible with large machinery?", and "What is NETIS?". The Hyper CLT sheet is a lightweight wooden sheet utilizing wood CLT, suitable for a wide range of applications including temporary roads, access routes, and heavy machinery work yards. It is also registered as a **Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism NETIS registered technology "TH-250021-A"**. Since it is a new material, we will not leave any uncertainties unaddressed. We aim to create a website that makes it easy to resolve questions before introduction, including information on wood, NETIS, civil engineering, and CLT, and we will continue to enhance the Q&A section.

We have added a new **"Glossary"** to the Hyper CLT sheet website. In the civil engineering and construction industries, there are many specialized terms such as "CLT," "NETIS," "temporary roads," and "wooden lightweight sheets." Therefore, we have introduced related terms in an easy-to-understand manner so that those who are encountering Hyper CLT sheets for the first time can understand the products and technologies. Hyper CLT sheets are wooden lightweight sheets for civil engineering that utilize wood CLT and are registered under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's NETIS technology as **"TH-250021-A."** We hope that by not only conveying the features of the product but also sharing the underlying technologies and terminology, users will feel a closer connection to Hyper CLT sheets. We will continue to enhance our website and provide clear information related to wood, NETIS, civil engineering, and CLT.

Hotron Inc. has launched its new product, the "Vehicle Count Sensor CCS3"! This product is a ceiling-mounted sensor that combines infrared and radar technology. It reliably detects vehicles in both directions with a single unit, accommodating traffic during congestion and vehicle passing, thus achieving efficient occupancy management in large parking lots. Additionally, it can be utilized for exit warning purposes in addition to vehicle counting, contributing to the safe and smooth operation of parking facilities. 'Features' - Improved detection performance against changes in road surface during rainy weather by using both infrared and radar. - Equipped with IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance, making it effective even in salt damage areas. - Various settings can be configured from a dedicated app (for Android devices), with current settings easily understandable at a glance. - The base dimensions are the same as the previous model "CCS2," allowing for smooth replacement of existing equipment. *For more details, please refer to the product information, catalog download, or contact us.*

On September 15, 2026, we issued a press release regarding the wooden lightweight sheet "Hyper CLT Sheet." The Hyper CLT Sheet is a civil engineering sheet that utilizes CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) stacked in an orthogonal direction. It can be used in various locations such as temporary roads, access routes, heavy machinery work yards, and material storage areas. The 5×10 version weighs approximately 230 kg, making it relatively lightweight and easy to install, remove, and relocate. Additionally, it offers environmental benefits such as reducing glare and metallic sounds typical of wood, as well as CO2 fixation. Furthermore, it can be proposed for the use of new technologies in public works as a **registered technology with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism "TH-250021-A."** Through this press release, we aim to expand the new wooden lightweight sheet that combines wood, NETIS, civil engineering, and CLT to more construction sites.
