Automatic Cleaning Machine "High-Pressure Non-Brush Container and Steamer Cleaning Device"
Conveyor-type non-brush high-pressure container cleaning system
Increase efficiency in cleaning steamers and transport containers all at once without using a brush!
This product is an automatic cleaning machine that can thoroughly wash away dirt in every corner using multiple rotating high-pressure nozzles. Since it uses high pressure instead of brushes, there is no residue from brush bristles. By using a straight nozzle, it demonstrates significantly higher cleaning power compared to a fan-shaped nozzle. It is capable of high-pressure washing and blowing. Additionally, we also offer a "high-pressure hot water automatic parts cleaning machine." 【Features】 ■ Capable of high-pressure washing and blowing ■ Belt conveyor type (variable speed) for improved cleaning efficiency ■ Major components are made of high-quality stainless steel ■ Easy installation with casters ■ Capable of cleaning both baskets and containers, etc. * A high-pressure washer is required separately. A washer of the HW-2002NE class is recommended. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Cleaning Scene A scene of steamer cleaning at the fishing cooperative. It allows for continuous cleaning with high-pressure hot water at 80°C, making it highly efficient without the need for detergents, and it can be easily moved when not in use. Despite its compact size, it demonstrates cleaning power that surpasses that of a full-scale fixed installation thanks to its rotating nozzle.

Steam-heated high-pressure hot water cleaning machine. The one on the left is a steam-heated high-pressure hot water cleaning machine for container cleaning, and the one on the right is a kerosene-heated high-pressure hot water cleaning machine for cleaning guns. It is an economical and safe high-pressure hot water cleaning machine that uses the abundant live steam available in the processing plant to boil water.

Rotary Nozzle Our company’s unique high-pressure hot water rotary nozzle is equipped on board. Unlike a fan-shaped nozzle that sprays diffusely, the nozzle sprays in a straight line like a laser and rotates horizontally in pairs, providing cleaning power that exceeds that of fan-shaped nozzles even with small water volumes. Especially in hot water cleaning, it has excellent degreasing effects due to less heat loss after spraying compared to fan-shaped nozzles. It operates with water pressure, resulting in a simple structure that requires no maintenance.
-
Rotating nozzle A rotating nozzle on the ceiling surface. It has a simple structure that allows it to rotate using the water pressure from the spray, making it maintenance-free. It can clean with significantly less water volume compared to a fan-shaped nozzle.

Cleaning scene of the steamer. The nozzle used is either a rotary type or a single nozzle type. It is equipped with a unique brake structure to prevent excessive rotation speed, allowing for efficient cleaning of the steamer with powerful cleaning capability. This device cleans using a single nozzle while moving it left and right.

Company information
Since the development of Japan's first steam cleaner in 1952, we have not viewed cleaning machines merely as tools for cleaning, but rather as partners in improving the global environment. We have thoroughly pursued not only performance aspects such as efficiency, functionality, and durability, but also the development and production of cleaning machines powered by clean energy, as well as pollution-free disposal and reuse. Through this pioneering spirit and accumulation of technology, we have achieved an exhaust emission value that is nearly zero, even with kerosene-powered models. Furthermore, we have developed environmentally friendly hot water cleaning machines such as the "Yusen," a clean, safe, and quiet high-pressure hot water cleaner powered by nighttime electricity, and the gas-powered high-pressure hot water cleaner "Gas Wash."
