【Features】 ● Continuously measures changes in brightness while automatically varying voltage and current. ● The measured voltage, current, brightness/colorimetry/spectral brightness values are input into an Excel sheet in real-time and plotted. ● Allows simultaneous measurement of temperature by combining with a multimeter. ● Capable of measuring I-V characteristics, I-V hysteresis characteristics, and random I-V characteristics. ● The voltage and current generator uses ADC models 6240A/41A/42A/43/44 and KEITHLEY series 2400.
