The compact and low-power VM4-C9 is ideal for industrial applications. The VM4-C9 card and SDK, using a new framework called Dorsalista, allow for application development on Windows or Linux OS.

The VITEC VM4-C9 board allows for direct upgrades from end-user software, including streaming and OSD functions, without manipulating the hardware. The powerful and user-friendly Software Development Kit (SDK) includes several sample applications in 32-bit (QT, C#), along with associated source code. For the Linux operating system, the current SDK support is for Ubuntu 14.04. Other kernels and versions can also be generated upon request.
