Ideal for cleaning semiconductor cleaning equipment! It also consumes little power, making it an energy-saving solution.
The AQ heater is a heater that can heat various cleaning solutions used in the semiconductor manufacturing process at low temperatures. All contact parts are made of high-purity transparent quartz glass, and due to our unique infrared heating, it minimizes contamination from impurities (leaching of glass) and can be used safely. - Because the heating method is our unique infrared heating, the peak wavelength of the fluid is close, which minimizes the transmittance and allows for extremely fast heating times. - Since it is close to the peak wavelength of the fluid, it keeps the surface temperature of the heater low, minimizing contamination from impurities (leaching of glass). - Its compact design allows for installation in small spaces.
