Without using frequently used layout design CAD programs, verification work can be performed, allowing for the confirmation of mask data validation on a nearby PC machine instead of the conventional plotter output. This enables a paperless transition between processes and design. It is also very effective for creating documents used in meetings or for presentations on a laptop. Additionally, as optional features, there are ExclusiveOR display functions, wiring trace functions, and DRC interface functions, making it easy to check differences in stream data, wiring routes, and error data. It is also ideal for checking drawings of LCD panels, pixel shapes, and marks. The memory usage is kept below the input data, allowing for data validation of up to 1.5G (GDS data) on a PC.
