Soil Stain Printing Test Machine
The structure consists of a plate cylinder, ink kneading roll, drive mechanism, and sensors (for measuring printing speed and printing pressure). It kneads a predetermined amount of ink in the ink kneading roll section while simultaneously spraying a certain amount of atomized water into the ink kneading section to further emulsify the ink. The emulsified ink repeatedly contacts a plate cylinder that has an offset plate wrapped around it for a specified number of times, and by making contact with a transfer roll wrapped with transfer paper, it performs back exposure of the plate and evaluates the background dirt.
