Slope (embankment) construction lattice mesh "Simple Spacer" also for slope vegetation♪
Simple Spacer
When it comes to spacers for wire mesh in slope construction, the long-selling "Simple Spacer" has been well-received in public works and disaster recovery slope projects.
◆HP Sales ⇒ https://simple-spacer.stores.jp/ *Features ★ Made of lightweight resin, allowing for the handling of many spacers at once, making them easy to retrieve and reducing installation time, as they are less likely to tangle with each other. This also saves time spent going up and down the slope to retrieve spacers. ★ One-touch installation in just a few seconds with a simple twist using one hand. Safe for workers hanging with a single safety line, which is very dangerous! ★ Simplifies the work, leading to reduced construction costs, shortened project timelines, and lower labor costs. ★ With a "return" feature, it won't easily come off the wire mesh, but please ensure it is securely entangled with the lath mesh. ★ The spacer not only lifts the mesh but also needs to hold it down in the recessed areas of the slope, allowing for lath pins to be driven in to secure the lath mesh. ★ The tubular shape with a large opening allows sprayed materials to reach inside well, preventing voids. ★ With a smaller surface area, it has less negative impact as foreign matter and is better for the environment. ★ Four types available according to spray thickness (50-100 mm). ★ Compression testing completed (e.g., P-100 maximum compression force 1.670N *Test report available).

◆ "Simple Spacer" In slope construction, the Simple Spacer is attached to the wire mesh on the slope at a spacing of 1.8 pieces per square meter, according to the desired spray thickness. After that, spray over the wire mesh and spacers until the tips of the spacer pins are no longer visible, which helps prevent insufficient spraying or leaks on the slope and ensures an even spray thickness. This product is crucial for the precision and safety of the slope, contributing to disaster prevention. The spacer not only lifts the mesh but also needs to hold the mesh down in recessed areas of the slope. If necessary, the Simple Spacer can accommodate internal wire pins to secure the wire mesh. This long-selling product is used in slope construction across the country.
