Traditionally, it was difficult to measure weather data in locations without power facilities, but now it has become possible to observe this data by combining batteries and solar panels for power supply. The observation data is collected nationwide by utilizing NTT Docomo's FOMA communication network. If there is an environment where the internet can be accessed, real-time evaluation of the observation data can be done using a computer or mobile phone. Weather data can simultaneously observe six parameters: wind direction, wind speed, precipitation, atmospheric pressure, temperature, and humidity.
