The heat source of the "Baan Robo" is IH (induction heating), a heating method that utilizes the properties of electromagnetic waves to directly generate heat in the cooking surface, which is an endless steel belt, with over 95% high thermal efficiency. Compared to indirect heating methods like gas, it has very little heat loss, allowing for extremely quick preparation for operation.
