The steel belt of the cooking surface heats directly with high-power induction heating.
The heat source of the "Baan Robo" is IH (induction heating), a heating method that utilizes the properties of electromagnetic waves to directly generate heat in the cooking surface, which is an endless steel belt, with over 95% high thermal efficiency. Compared to indirect heating methods like gas, it has very little heat loss, allowing for extremely quick preparation for operation. Additionally, even when cooking large quantities of ingredients continuously, it maintains a stable temperature without the drops seen in traditional electric appliances, enabling consistent food production. The feedback system efficiently controls the temperature, minimizing unnecessary heat dissipation and effectively reducing running costs. Moreover, since it does not use direct flames, it keeps the surrounding temperature rise in check, ensuring comprehensive environmental and safety measures. It also significantly saves on air conditioning costs. By eliminating losses through stable product manufacturing and providing a comfortable environment, IH delivers satisfaction to both managers and operators.

Company information
A pioneer in designing, manufacturing, and selling stainless steel automatic machines, we were the first in Japan to adopt electromagnetic induction (IH) heating for commercial use. In addition to producing our own egg-related baking machines, we have recently manufactured a variety of safe and highly efficient equipment, including IH heating rotary stirring kettles and griddles. We also undertake the development of IH heating systems. Furthermore, we handle various machines that use electric heaters, and we currently collaborate with major manufacturers overseas to provide technical guidance.
