Starlight Industrial Corporation Disaster Preparedness Toilet
Quick House
During an earthquake disaster, various emergency measures are necessary in addition to protecting the lives and property of the victims.
With the modernization of cities, the transition to flush toilets and improvements in comfort have hidden the vulnerability of toilets during disasters, as taught by the lessons from the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, the Tokai Heavy Rain, and the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake. Issues related to sewage treatment, epidemic prevention, health and hygiene, and measures for vulnerable populations in disasters have become important and urgent challenges in disaster prevention administration.
