Wrinkle prevention during transport! Wrinkle removal roll
Prevent wrinkles during transportation! Wrinkle-removing roll with double helical roll design ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ As a measure to prevent wrinkles, we have achieved stable material running and stabilization of material quality by considering low tension, grip, and stress reduction during material operation. ■ Forming inclined grooves (grooves that are slanted) from the center towards both sides in relation to the effective length of the roll. ■ Special groove processing where the groove depth increases from the center towards both ends. ■ With processing technology on the surface of the rubber roll, the rubber material and hardness can be selected based on the usage location. ■ The angle of the grooves processed on the roll surface can also be adjusted according to the production speed, allowing for the selection of the optimal angle to enhance the wrinkle prevention effect. ■ For other functions and details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Prevention of wrinkles during transportation! Wrinkle-removing roll with double helical roll design ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ As a measure against wrinkle prevention, it achieves stable material running and stabilization of material quality by considering low tension, grip, and stress reduction during material operation. ■ A contrasting inclined groove (a groove with a diagonal cut) is formed from the center towards both sides in relation to the effective length of the roll. ■ Special groove processing where the groove depth increases from the center towards both ends. ■ With processing technology on the surface of the rubber roll, the rubber material and hardness can be selected based on the usage location. ■ The groove angle processed on the roll surface can also be adjusted according to production speed, allowing for the selection of the optimal angle to enhance wrinkle prevention effects. ■ For other functions and details, please download the catalog or contact us.
