At To Roller Industry, we can coat a wide range of coating liquids, from high viscosity to low viscosity and from thick films to nano-level thin films. ■Features ●Low friction... With a low friction coefficient equal to or greater than Teflon coatings, it reduces the load on the counterpart material. Due to its high hardness, it also excels in wear resistance. ●High hardness... Being harder than conventional hard chrome plating, it offers excellent wear resistance on the roll surface and does not impose a load on counterpart materials with extremely low attack characteristics. Additionally, further hardening is possible by applying hard chrome plating before DLC film treatment.
