Would you like to automate batch control (quantitative control)?
Burkert's batch controller is a product that can be easily automated with just a flow meter and a valve, without the need for special electrical knowledge. Batch control (quantitative control) is a control method where a specific batch amount (quantity) is set, for example, "100 liters," and that amount is dispensed. For example: - I want to add "500L" of water to cement. - In bread production, I want to add "30L" of water to the flour. - To dilute alcohol by a factor of ten, first, put "10L" of alcohol in one tank, and then add "90L" of water in another tank. These are some of the applications you can use it for.
