Insulating oil is an important material responsible for the insulation and cooling of oil-filled transformers. However, over time, the oil and insulating paper gradually deteriorate due to factors such as abnormal heating and oxygen exposure, leading to an increase in acid value and a decrease in various performance metrics such as resistivity and dielectric strength. Furthermore, as the acid value rises, sludge eventually forms, which can become a cause of equipment failure. Therefore, it is essential to regularly measure the total acid value of the insulating oil and perform maintenance management of the insulating oil.

【Features】 1. Since no substances designated as chemical substances under the Chemical Substances Control Law are used, it is "safe" and "reliable." 2. A quantitative burette is used to adjust the neutralizing solution so that one push corresponds to a total acid value of 0.01 (mg KOH/g), meaning that the number of pushes multiplied by 0.01 equals the total acid value. 3. The measurement range of the quantitative burette is 0.01 to 0.50 (mg KOH/g). 4. It adopts the same direct-reading method as the conventional product (Sanbi-style oleic acid value measuring device), and it has made it easier to identify the endpoint of the neutralization titration. 5. It can be easily brought to the site, allowing for "simple," "rapid," and "accurate" quantitative measurements. ■ Please Note This "Sanbi-style Total Acid Value Measurement Kit P-TAV" uses different reagents from our conventional "Oleic Acid Value Measuring Device."
