Using high-grade special steel from Hitachi Metals, Ltd., we carry out a consistent process from design to manufacturing, delivering to numerous cold forming manufacturers both domestically and internationally, including major companies. Cold forming is one of the manufacturing processing methods for producing cross-sectional shapes such as pipes, profiles, plates, and sash materials. Forming rolls play an important role in continuously bending metal materials such as coil materials and cut plates in the width direction to obtain the desired cross-sectional shape from flat materials.
