Nylon coating is a surface treatment method that involves immersing a component heated to over 200 degrees into nylon powder (in powdered form) to form a coating film.
When the heated component is dipped into the powder tank, the powder melts due to the heat, resulting in a state similar to chocolate bananas sold at street stalls. After a few minutes, when the heat cools down, the coating hardens and is complete.
