We would like to introduce a case where our masking technology met the required specifications.
We would like to introduce a case study of a trial for nylon coating as a surface treatment method for a medical device manufacturer specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Most of the currently used vaginal speculums are made of stainless steel, which has the disadvantage of being "cold" because it directly touches the mucous membrane. We proposed a masking method that allows for assembly and positioning without stress for the patient, and conducted several trial runs. As a result, a product that satisfied the manufacturer was completed. [Case Overview] ■ Issue - Most vaginal speculums are made of stainless steel, which is cold due to direct contact with the mucous membrane. ■ Result - Our masking technology cleared the required specifications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
