【Features】 ○ White anodizing: 8μm ○ Black anodizing: 15μm ○ Hard anodizing: 30μm ○ Semi-hard anodizing: 10μm ○ It is possible to provide a performance that makes the coating resistant to cracking even when heat is applied. ○ The coating is generally insulating due to aluminum's typical corrosion protection treatment. ○ The grown coating can be colored with dyes. ○ Dimensional change is about half the thickness of the coating. ○ Hard coatings require a thickness of at least 30μm to expect desired properties. ○ It is possible to achieve gloss by using our developed OGEV-V3 in combination. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
