One of the important features is that cleaning can be done easily. This machine has a double-door folding structure, making it easier to clean than any previous screen. The screen plate is made of a combination structure of special shaped wire (PAT.P), allowing for the production of slits as narrow as 0.07mm. Additionally, its surface shape has irregularities, making it a so-called turbulent flow type, which provides excellent performance in both concentration and volume. The impeller does not obstruct the discharge outlet of the pulp, and the large volume of the accept chamber acts as a cushion, making it difficult for pulsation to occur. The cavitation generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller (tip speed 25-30 m/sec) demonstrates the powerful clogging prevention capability of the strong screen plate, preventing clogging even at high concentrations. The machine's flat shape and the small volume of the primary chamber with the impeller compared to the area of the screen plate mean that less energy is required for the impeller's agitation. The powerful shear force generated by the structure of the impeller and its high-speed rotation promotes the disintegration of undispersed pulp, resulting in a smaller tail volume.
