This machine is a pressure screen with a wide range of adaptability for use as a stock screen or a paper machine room screen.

In the raw material section, it is often used in series with a 3F screen, and the combination of round hole screens and slit screens is very effective for dust removal. When used as a screen for the paper-making room, it has a layout similar to that of conventional pressure screens; however, the feature of this machine is that it operates without issues even under larger pressure differentials (Δp) than traditional screens, and it can use high-precision screen plates (round holes of 1.0φ and slits up to 0.1mm), eliminating traditional screen problems such as clogging. Additionally, it has a very wide range of adaptability for concentration (0.3% to 1.5%), which is another characteristic. Its ability to remove hot melt, pitch, and gum is also outstanding. Furthermore, as a screen for high-quality paper, it has significant features such as the removal of seed knots and eye defects that cannot be achieved with other screens.
