The definitive large screen!! This newly designed screen can handle a wide range from high concentration to low concentration, allowing for large-scale processing with just one unit.

The paper material sent from the pump flows in through the entrance attached to the tangential section, forming a swirling flow, where heavier stones and metals are eliminated as primary tails from the outer periphery. This also serves as a protective role for the screen plate. The paper material that surpasses the weir flows into a large-diameter annular chamber with a small gap between the screen plate and the rotor, where it is separated into high-quality paper material and rejects. The high-quality paper material passes through the screen plate and is sent to the next process from an outlet with the same diameter as the entrance. The rejects pass through the space between the screen plate and the rotor, entering the swirling chamber on the opposite side of the entrance, forming a vortex, while lighter foreign substances create a vortex in the center and are discharged. Foreign substances with a difference in specific gravity are discharged as tails from the outer periphery.
