By exhausting air from the chamber with a vacuum pump that has a constant exhaust capacity, the oxygen concentration can be reliably managed based on the number of gas replacements. At the same time, the time required for replacement is also determined, making total process management reliable and easy. ■Constructed with vacuum chambers and components, unaffected by external atmosphere.
