I am always thinking about how cheaply we can create order software.

There are various types of software development. While we also create using Visual Basic (VB) and Visual C++ (VC), a significant amount can be developed using just a browser and local Perl. Depending on the level of complexity, simple databases, spreadsheets, file management, and automatic updates can be effectively handled, especially since recent browsers have dramatically improved in performance, making them sufficient for small-scale data management. Network environments are now expanding even into ordinary households, and information management via browsers has become capable of advanced processing without the need for expensive applications. In such cases, we typically use CGI, a programming language famous on the internet, but CGI (PERL) can operate without being connected to the internet or requiring an expensive server. In other words, it can be set up in such a way that a standalone computer appears to be interacting with a server. This is why it can be offered at a lower cost. Recently popular languages like JAVA can also be created relatively easily and inexpensively.
