Responding in a unique way based on years of experience!
The remarkable development of electrical control devices has made high-speed operations with fast sliding speeds possible; however, the sliding parts cannot keep up with the friction coefficient of metals, necessitating a change to materials with lower friction coefficients. Depending on the application, LM guides, liner bearing attachments, and coatings such as SKC and Moglice are used, each with its own characteristics. Among these, the attachment of liner bearings (product name: Tarkaite), which are mechanically rigid and can easily restore precision by replacing them when worn, is likely the most common.

Company information
Our company was established as a specialized company for the rehabilitation and repair of production equipment for a major automobile manufacturer, transitioning from individual management to Hosokawa Seiki Co., Ltd. on March 1, 1977. We have been involved in the rehabilitation and repair of various production machinery, including equipment from various manufacturers both domestically and internationally, particularly in the field of automated production. Additionally, the proportion of our work related to responding to sudden breakdowns and maintenance tasks during daily production has increased, which has naturally expanded our business scope. To promote maintenance services for partner companies in the automotive industry, the Kawasaki Sales Office was opened in January 2001, particularly focusing on the rehabilitation and repair and modification construction sectors. Furthermore, to meet customer demands, we relocated to our current location in August 2004 and are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of young engineers, striving to better respond to our customers' needs.
