Our company performs prototype machining, complex machining, and mass production machining using NC automatic lathes. The processing lot starts from 100 pieces for prototypes and from 1,000 pieces for mass-produced items. (Currently, there are products being processed at a monthly rate of about 70,000 to 80,000 pieces using multiple machines.) Our company is a factory engaged in precision machining of mass-produced parts using NC automatic lathes. The machining dimensions mainly focus on small-diameter, small parts, accommodating material diameters from φ2.5 to 20.0 mm, with a maximum product length of 160 mm. However, regarding machining diameter, if it is possible to cut from the material diameter, products with a diameter of less than φ2.5 mm can also be machined.
