Our company specializes in "screw machining." To reduce processing costs, depending on the quantity of machining and the length of the screws, we may either perform all machining on an NC lathe or conduct secondary processing on a rolling machine. In the case of the NC lathe, it can accommodate a wide range of screw sizes, but it cannot handle longer screws. The rolling machine can handle sizes from M3 to M10 (for those with a nut). Our company performs prototype machining, complex machining, and mass production machining using NC automatic lathes. The processing lot starts from 100 pieces for prototypes and from 1,000 pieces for mass-produced items. (Currently, there are products being processed at a monthly rate of about 70,000 to 80,000 pieces using multiple machines.)
