**Features** Ultra-thin sheet polishing of crystal materials - Thickness from 1μm and above - This is an ultra-thin sheet polishing process made possible by our high-precision polishing technology. - By polishing each substrate to high parallelism and high flatness, we achieve a thickness of 1μm and above. - Due to the extreme thinness, the thickness precision and parallelism of the thin sheet polishing are finished to less than 1/10 of the thickness. - In addition to polishing technology, the adhesive precision of each substrate is also a very important factor, making this a process unique to our integrated production technology. Special Polarizing Prism - Complete polarization separation type - This complete separation type polarizing prism, which can be used over a wide range from UV to IR, was developed in response to the demand for such a product. - To achieve optical contact between the two prisms, a polishing technology that allows for high flatness is required. - The incident and exit end faces are not parallel and are polished at a special angle. - Based on the required characteristics, this is a developed product with selected and designed crystals, and it is an original product from our company, which has extensive knowledge of crystals.
