This is a device that has been improved for small screws, based on a direct pressure blasting system that is well-regarded for mold cleaning and similar applications. The abrasive material used for spraying is made of plastic, which is gentle on plating, allowing for the quick removal of adhered resin without damaging the screw. The sprayed abrasive material is automatically collected and reused, making it economical (the consumption rate is approximately 3-5% on average). It can be comfortably cleaned using a dedicated screw support (which varies depending on the screw size).
