  You can also measure molded products with a large test tube. ◎ Since it is a relatively large test tube, you can measure molded products as well. Measuring moisture after product molding is also a very important factor. With the AquaTrack V, as long as the size fits in the test tube, you can measure it directly. This includes PET bottles, cases, films, connectors, CDs, capacitors, etc. Furthermore, even larger molded products can be measured if they are cut to a size that fits in the container.

  It's a touch panel, so anyone can measure easily! ◎ Easy measurement with a Japanese language touch panel! The measurement method is simply to input the required items and insert the sample. Anyone can measure easily. Information for typical samples is already registered. If customers register their own sample information, measurement becomes even easier. No special knowledge or skills are required at all. Because the operation is simple, a dedicated operator is not necessary.

  Compact and lightweight, so moisture content measurement is possible on-site! There are no accessories other than the main unit. (No carrier gas or anything else is needed, like with a Karl Fischer.) It is easy to carry, allowing measurements not only in the laboratory but also within the factory. For example, it can be placed on a cart and measured right next to a dryer or molding machine, avoiding moisture absorption during transportation of samples. *The image is of the old 3E.

  Standard equipped with 100V power supply! As long as there is a 100V power supply, measurements can be taken anywhere without choosing a location!

  The only reagent needed for Aquatrack 3E is calcium hydride. Since calcium hydride becomes quicklime after measurement, management is safe and easy.

  Since it is a chemical reaction equation, we do not measure volatile components other than moisture! The sample is placed in a container, evacuated, and then heated. The vaporized moisture reacts with the reagent, producing hydrogen gas. The pressure of the generated hydrogen gas is detected by a pressure sensor, and the moisture content is measured from the sample weight. It is equipped with a cooling trap to capture volatile components other than hydrogen gas, allowing for highly accurate measurements.
