It is a device for heating getters.
The Bomberta heating device is a device that heats getters. Since this getter is inside a glass tube, it cannot be heated with a flame. Therefore, it is heated using high-frequency induction heating. The size of the getter varies, but it is possible to raise the temperature of those with a diameter of about 1mm and a length of 3 to 5mm. In particular, SUS getters are difficult to heat, so our company uses an oscillator of about 6000 kHz. For more details, please download the catalog. Additionally, please also refer to the "Gemidis heating device" for fluorescent lamp getter heating devices.
