The CASTUGNON C551S has been re-evaluated from the packaging perspective to be simple and compact. The miniaturized crimping machine is designed to be extremely simple, and despite its compact body, it demonstrates a high crimping capability of "2.5 tons." It is equipped with an automatic crimp force setting function and a crimp force monitor that graphically displays the crimping status of each terminal on an LCD screen. Its features and performance truly embody KODERA's "convergence of cutting-edge technology." By housing the terminal reel at the bottom of the body, the terminal reel replacement process has become much easier, significantly improving work efficiency. The adoption of an interactive full LCD touch panel is indeed revolutionary. Furthermore, by equipping the C551S with CHA (Crimp Height Automatic Reproduction Mechanism), height adjustments are eliminated, drastically reducing setup time.
