This is an automatic wire supply device that eliminates the unraveling that occurs during the processing of bundled wires.
The bundle wire automatic supply device "CAS OP-7" prevents unwinding by holding the wire from the inside of the bundle. It can also be set up in the state of a receiving tray. A rotation sensor rotates the wire by the amount that has been unwound (supplied) from the coil. Additionally, it has a tangle sensor built in, which stops the processing of the main machine when the wire becomes tangled and cannot be supplied.
