Utilizing the existing hydraulic unit to effectively save energy and reduce costs.
Most hydraulic units installed in currently used machine tools, hydraulic presses, dedicated machines, etc., are designed with a margin in both pressure and flow compared to the actual workload, resulting in a significant amount of wasted power due to the limited time they operate at peak pressure and flow during a cycle. By introducing Yuken's "Hydraulic Unit Energy Saving System," it is possible to achieve cost reduction at a low initial investment without the need to purchase new hydraulic units. By driving the motor of the hydraulic unit with an inverter, unnecessary rotation can be minimized, thereby reducing excess power/electricity consumption. Additionally, with this method, you can prepare pressure sensors, controllers for setting inverter rotation speed, and inverters to implement energy-saving measures on existing hydraulic units. This allows for easy energy savings for the machines used in your company without the hassle and cost of replacing them with energy-saving type hydraulic units.
