The "CO2-BR-180LF" constant temperature shaking incubator for mammalian cells offers the option of a CO2 specification that uses only carbon dioxide, as well as a multi-gas specification that includes carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and oxygen. It also supports the supply of nitrogen gas only (there is a device that supplies concentrated nitrogen gas from the atmosphere without using a cylinder) and can accommodate sterile air supply for applications such as baculovirus expression systems using insect cells. Since the gas is supplied through filters located at key points, it helps maintain cleanliness inside the container. Even when the gas supply hose is removed from the container, the presence of a filter on the container side allows for the maintenance of a sterile environment inside the container, making it easy to move between the incubator and a clean bench.
