The compact design of the MT-109 simple robot cleaner, measuring 520mm in width and 1110mm in depth, allows for both cleaning and air blowing. It pulls in the workpiece and moves it against a fixed nozzle for cleaning and drying. The input and output locations for the workpiece are set separately, making it ideal for automating cleaning on the production line. The set pressure for the cleaning solution ranges from 1 to 7 MPa, and the pump and tank are sold separately.
