[Target Participants and Objectives for Each Course] ○ Maintenance All Course (2 days) Target Participants: Operators / All Maintenance Personnel (Training Objectives) - Understand the structure of the furnace and acquire skills for replacing consumable parts. - Acquire skills for creating maintenance plans considering the replacement cycle of maintenance parts. ○ Operation Course (3 days) Target Participants: Operators (Training Objectives) - Acquire skills for safe operation. - Acquire skills to maintain quality. ○ Introduction to Heat Treatment (3 days) Target Participants: Engineers (Training Objectives) - Learn the basics of heat treatment and acquire skills for setting carburizing conditions. - Acquire inspection skills for heat-treated parts. - Acquire skills to solve simple heat treatment troubles.
