This is a rotary encoder with an environmentally enhanced design for industrial machinery.
The rotary encoder "ABSOLUTE OAS66 Series" is an environmentally enhanced rotary encoder for machine tools. The advancements in motion control technology in the industrial sector are remarkable. Among these, the demand for detecting axis angles and positions is increasing, and the applications of encoders are expanding from factory automation to measurement, printing machinery, medical devices, aerospace, and space fields. Tamagawa Seiki offers a range of encoder series under the general term FA-CODER, from small to high-resolution types, to meet customer needs. Our company possesses internationally certified ultra-high precision angle measurement devices, enabling angle calibration according to international standards. This angle technology serves as the foundation of our "monozukuri" (manufacturing), allowing us to produce with consistent quality from design to unique disk manufacturing and assembly. Company information
Since its establishment, Tamagawa Seiki has challenged the angular accuracy of control devices such as high-precision sensors, motors, and gyros that were necessary for the times, delivering these products to customers. Currently, we have become one of the few manufacturers in the world that develops and manufactures 2D position and angle sensors as well as 3D (spatial) position and angular velocity sensors. The motion systems that apply these high-precision sensor technologies are expanding their applications from everyday office automation to factory automation and even into the aerospace industry.
