The concentricity (roundness: the difference between the center of the outer diameter and the center of the inner diameter) is also around 10μm. We continuously monitor the dimensions along the entire length of the tube using an online measuring device introduced in our production line. Currently, our tubes are mainly used for liquid chromatography (analytical instruments) delivery piping (outer diameter φ1.59mm, inner diameter φ0.13–1.00mm), but we also accept custom orders for various applications such as medical devices, electronic equipment, and semiconductors. We have a track record of sizes with an outer diameter of φ3mm or less, an inner diameter of 50μm or more, and a wall thickness of 100μm or more. As a special managed product, we also accept ultra-high precision items (inner diameter tolerance of ±10μm).
