Unlike our other PEEK tubes, this one is made using a special technique. Since we also have products in development, please consult us regarding dimensions and precision. This amorphous PEEK tube maintains the unique strength of PEEK while offering flexibility and adhesive properties. Its amber color (translucent) allows for visibility of the interior, enabling you to check the flow of liquids or shafts. We have shifted our thinking from round tubes to create square tubes. The ribbed tube features fine irregularities that are not noticeable to the naked eye, reducing contact surfaces between tubes and enhancing sliding performance. The square tube is still in the development phase, but we are exploring applications unique to its shape. ★ We are currently distributing PEEK tube samples. They are our most proven products as nozzles for analysis and measurement equipment. Bending and coiling processes allow us to retain specific shapes by heat treating the PEEK tubes. We can also create three-dimensional shapes, which has led to many repeat orders from our customers. Tapering and flaring processes are also secondary products unique to our company. We would like to introduce our "PEEK Tubes for HPLC Piping." These tubes have excellent mechanical strength (they are sturdy and resistant to kinking, which enhances pushability) and have a proven track record in high-pressure piping applications and insertion uses for flowing liquids. In addition to their excellent heat resistance, radiation resistance, and chemical resistance, they also boast high purity, making them suitable for use under stringent conditions where particles (impurities) are undesirable. If you require greater mechanical strength than what your current piping or shafts provide, or if you have specific conditions such as operating temperature, chemicals, or radiation sterilization, we can offer these as alternatives.
