Our company's PEEK tubes undergo thorough quality control with non-contact measurement using laser and ultrasonic technology. With high-frequency measurements of 200 times per second, we can detect deviations in inner and outer diameter tolerances before they occur, and any defective products are discarded during the manufacturing process, ensuring that no defective items reach our customers. (We have never received a complaint regarding inner and outer diameter tolerances in the past.) Our straight pipe products are so straight that they can roll on a tabletop like a straw. They are our most proven products as nozzles for analysis and measurement equipment. Bending and coiling processes allow us to retain specific shapes by heat treating the PEEK tubes. We can also create three-dimensional shapes, which has led to many repeat orders from our customers. Tapering and flaring processes are also secondary products unique to our company. While there are limitations based on dimensions and shapes, we will make every effort to propose solutions that meet our customers' requests as much as possible. ★ We are currently distributing PEEK tube samples with great enthusiasm.
