We will manufacture IH automatic machines that significantly reduce the burden of conventional heat treatment, starting with applications for brazing. By utilizing induction heating, we provide easy control and safe operation in a compact configuration. - High speed: Rapid heating due to the self-heating of the workpiece - High controllability: Startup time of 5 milliseconds, high-speed automatic frequency tuning compact induction heating power supply - Clean heating: Non-contact direct heating using the IH (induction heating) method. No flames are used, and no exhaust gases are produced. - Energy-saving: Power consumption occurs only during heating time; there is no need for constant output. - Compatible with low-resistance materials: Heating of aluminum and copper is also possible. - Temperature feedback control: Temperature control using a temperature controller allows for joining of dissimilar metals, among other applications.
