Capacitance-type Liquid Level Sensor [Manufactured by Kameoka Electronics]
Kameoka Electronics Co., Ltd. CLA Series
Detecting liquid level without touching the liquid with a separated amplifier type!
It is a sensor made of transparent film that can detect the internal liquid level simply by attaching electrodes to the sides of non-metallic containers, gauge tubes, etc. Since the electrodes are transparent, you can check it with your own eyes, and it can be wrapped, bent, and attached to various objects.

【Examples of Implementation】 ○ Pump Manufacturer: Remaining amount of silicone (capable of detecting viscous liquids) ○ Electronics Manufacturer: Remaining amount of toner (outputs analog voltage according to the remaining amount) ○ Medical Device Manufacturer: Blood level (detection possible even with adhesion to the container wall) ○ Observation Equipment Manufacturer: Water level gauge (value-added is created by combining with conventional sensors)
Company information
KAI Semiconductor was established in September 2002 as a venture company originating from Kyoto Institute of Technology. It sells surface modification devices and deposition equipment using plasma technology. The powder plasma device released in 2010 was recognized for its high technical capabilities and received the "Kansai Front Runner Award" and the "Small and Medium Enterprises Technology Award." There are numerous implementation records at universities nationwide, AIST, major manufacturers, and R&D departments. We propose sales after you have had the opportunity to touch the actual product (demo unit). Additionally, we offer rental and leasing options to reduce the burden on our customers. We also accept various technical consultations beyond semiconductor-related matters. Furthermore, we process and sell quartz and Pyrex in small lots.
